Names of the fuel biomass columns among the non-annual covariates

As they arrive from fireSense_dataPrepFit, fuel biomass columns are on the fireSenseUtils::logMinB() scale, whose floor is 3.6; every other non-annual covariate is an indicator or a proportion, at most 1. So a maximum above 1 marks a fuel column, which is the rule deriveCovMinMax() always used to find them.
